Ellen Bootz Year 7, took first place in a Judo competition on Sunday, 22nd September.  The competition was open to all, with competitors  from Chester, Crewe, Middlewich, and Sandbach. Ellen fought in the girls category, matched by age and weight, and took first place. This was great news and testified of her courage and determination, having hurt her back quite badly in her previous competition held at Chester. Well done Ellen - we look forward to hearing about future competitions.
